Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain with course and licensing fee reimbursement).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Master our sales process within six months, accelerating time to revenue.
• Mentor and share strategies with new team members as the role evolves.
• Lead market expansion and set benchmarks in the supplemental insurance space.
• Operate with initiative, managing daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision.
