Norco is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Combination Store to assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product knowledge, pricing, and order processing. This full-time role requires strong communication and the ability to handle medical and welding-related product lines.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, processing orders, and supporting new account setup while maintaining accurate data entry and inventory awareness.

Qualifications

• Typing and 10-key skills are required.
• Knowledge of home medical products, welding, gases and supplies is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is expected for this role.
• Must be able to accurately enter data into computer systems and software.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort with handling orders and inventory in a retail/combination store.

Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourCombination Store Customer Service Representative position. TheCombination Store Customer Service Representativeis responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
• Answer telephone calls promptly
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
• Sell welding and safety products and services to customer
• Fit and sell medical products and services to customers
• Continueeducation on industry billing criteria as it relates to specific customer insurance requirements
• Initiate and complete new patient referral information files and assist in setting up new accounts where applicable
• Track customer’s order in the computer and be able to interpret where order is in the delivery process
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

• Medical homecare experience is a plus
• Good typing and 10-key skills
• Working knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricing
• Working knowledge of welding, gases and supplies
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs
