Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking an Elevator Outside Sales professional in Marietta, GA. This role starts hybrid to train on the company products and will transition to fully remote. It offers a base salary plus commission, with a path to advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position emphasizes building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed budgeted sales goals by closing new business
• Prospect for new business via in-person meetings, cold calls, networking, and client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Prepare proposals/bids based on revenue metrics to meet budgeted goals
• Pilot the sales process to close deals and coordinate with Operations for a seamless customer experience
• Update CRM and internal tools; provide accurate and timely reporting
• Resolve issues with customers and internal teams to maintain timelines and efficiencies

This is an Elevator Outside Sales Job Opportunity!

This position will be hybrid to start, to train on the company products. This job is hybrid while learning the products and then fully remote. Base plus commission offered. The company location is Marietta, GA. No relocation is offered.

Essential Duties

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
