Job summary

The-Blue-Collar-Recruiter-of-Marietta is seeking an Elevator Outside Sales professional in Marietta, GA. The role starts hybrid for training on products and shifts to fully remote work as you become proficient. Base salary plus commission is offered, with no relocation provided.

Responsibilities include meeting sales budgets, prospecting, building client relationships, and generating proposals. You will manage the sales process end-to-end, maintain CRM records, and report performance regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or a similar field is preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business
• Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining
• Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
• Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals
• Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals
• Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required
• Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
