Papé Group is seeking an Outside Sales – Forklift Parts & Service Representative to drive growth in parts and service for forklift equipment. You will build long-term customer relationships, recommend parts and service packages, and help customers maintain peak equipment performance.

The role emphasizes being a trusted advisor, growing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier support. A driver’s license and sales-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• Self-motivation and the desire to win.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.
• Knowledge and experience in material handling equipment parts and service.
• Experience working with CRM software and sales tracking tools and basic business reporting.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Driving relationship-based sales by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and becoming their go-to resource for all things parts and service.
• Providing tailored solutions by recommending the right parts, maintenance, and service packages to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Proactively managing accounts, identifying opportunities to grow sales, and helping customers avoid downtime via preventative care.
• Collaborating internally with our technical teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product support.
