Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a results-driven Business Consultant in Charlotte, NC. This outside-sales role focuses on new business development, client meetings, and end-to-end sales cycle ownership in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

You will identify opportunities, present customized solutions, and negotiate terms while building a robust pipeline and leveraging a broad lead-generation network. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in outside sales, business development, or account executive roles.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and executives.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Own sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Maintain pipeline and track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
