Job summary

Sales Xceleration Recruiting is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to grow the Springfield, MO market, build a strong book of business and directly benefit from the revenue you create.

This role offers OTE $130,000–$150,000+ with uncapped commission, opportunities to develop key relationships across manufacturing and industrial sectors, and support from experienced leadership to help you win.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution, packaging, janitorial, safety or similar markets is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with customers across manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution and other commercial environments.
• Meet with customers to understand their operations, challenges and purchasing needs.
• Recommend products and solutions that improve efficiency and deliver value.
• Prepare quotes, pricing and contract terms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and introduce customers to new products and services.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Grow existing accounts through additional product lines and solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
