Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business development in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, building lasting client relationships and contributing to continued expansion.

You will earn $90,000–$100,000 in your first year, with an OTE of $100k. A 3+ year outside B2B sales track record and strong CRM/MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• CRM proficiency and data organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Sales training certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and present account requirements.
• Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections.
• Prospect at least 20 hours per week.
• Manage CRM and maintain customer information.
• Maintain Hot 25 list in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
