Job summary

Advantage Technology seeks a seasoned Physical Security & Low-Voltage Sales Executive to grow our commercial video surveillance and infrastructure business across the DMV. You will develop new business, pursue bids, and own the sales process in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia with support from engineering and estimating teams.

The role emphasizes relationships with facilities directors, IT leaders, and contractors, plus travel across the DMV region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales in commercial physical security or related installs.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close project-based sales.
• Working knowledge of commercial security cameras and low-voltage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying and closing commercial security projects across the DMV.
• Lead sales opportunities involving Verkada and other surveillance platforms.
• Pursue bids by monitoring procurement portals and coordinating with contractors and teams.
• Own the sales process from discovery to contract award with solid CRM reporting.
