Job summary

Rubber & Gasket Company of America is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to expand our footprint in business and industrial sectors across the United States. You will work with Inside Sales to process orders quickly and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid, active driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers and establish relationships.
• Display or demonstrate products to customers and emphasize features.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts/purchase orders for orders obtained.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure timely orders.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data into the database for CRM purposes.
• Attend trade shows and coordinate customer training.
