Qualifications

• Four year bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be available for extensive overnight travel required.
• Current, valid driver's license required; may need a Commercial Driver’s License.
• The ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in speaking and presenting.
• PC skills using spreadsheets, word processing, and other office management applications required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Arrange for installation and test-operation of machinery.
• Attend sales and trade meetings; read publications to stay informed on market conditions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange selling strategies and marketing information.
• Complete expense and sales reports and other paperwork.
