Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Central Indiana Territory. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and uncapped earnings opportunities.

Design Consultants visit residential homes, present replacement options, and aim for a same-day close. Daily travel up to 2 hours, lifting 40–60 lbs, and a valid driver’s license are required. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a proven sales system.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad applications.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury/premium markets.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacements.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close approach; no project management or follow-up required.
