Renewal by Andersen is seeking a highly motivated Residential Design Consultant to join our Northern Indiana Territory team. You will visit pre-scheduled home appointments, present options, and guide homeowners toward same-day decisions with a structured sales process.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, paid training, and ongoing coaching, plus a path to top performance rewards including annual sales trips and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make same-day decisions on window and door replacements.
• Close sales in a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up.
