Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant for the Northern Indiana Territory. You will visit homeowners, present replacement window and door solutions, and guide customers to a same-day decision on their projects.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, uncapped commissions, and opportunities to travel within the territory. You’ll join a trusted brand with a proven sales process and strong support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow up required.
