Aspen Contracting is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Kansas City market from our Lees Summit office. You will inspect properties, present restoration solutions, and provide outstanding customer service from initial appointment to project completion.

No roofing experience is required; we provide paid training, tools, and support to help you succeed while you build a rewarding career with attractive earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed and work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
