North Creek Roofing – Outside Sales Consultant

North Creek Roofing has served homeowners throughout the Puget Sound since 1996 with expert roof replacements, repairs, inspections, and gutter services. As a fully licensed, insured, and BBB‑accredited contractor, we offer premium warranty‑backed work from direct‑hire professionals—not subcontractors. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on company‑provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
• Conduct multiple in‑home roofing and exterior inspections daily.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
• Deliver dynamic, company‑approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
• Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
• Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background check.
• Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to present complex information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Preferred

• In‑home sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not required).

Initial Training

• Comprehensive paid training program – 2‑week classroom training with additional field training.
• Paid training class session (expenses covered).
• Must be comfortable with 2 weeks paid training – potentially in another city.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible weekly schedule with evening and weekend appointments as needed.
• Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.

Compensation

• Initial training pay.
• Post‑training uncapped commission structure (1st‑year earnings target $150,000-$250,000).
• Pre‑set and pre‑qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team.
• Performance‑based bonus opportunities.
