WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to generate new business and grow revenue with moderately large and complex accounts. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close opportunities in a competitive market.

What You'll Do...

  • Generate revenue and exceed sales goals through consultative selling of waste and recycling solutions.
  • Build and maintain high customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term retention and loyalty.
  • Develop strategic marketing and account plans to manage prospects and accelerate pipeline growth in Salesforce.
  • Expand existing account revenue by achieving assigned upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including regional account prospects in partnership with Regional Account Managers.
  • Utilize sales tools and platforms (Salesforce, TRUX, Proposal Tools, Pricing Tools) to manage pipeline and close deals efficiently.
  • Leverage deep product and market knowledge to deliver tailored proposals and equipment optimization recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pricing expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture while participating in sales incentive and recognition programs.

Who You Are...

  • This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience or equivalent job experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully market to large accounts.
  • Have demonstrated leadership.
  • Exhibit proficient use of personal computer and Win Waste sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com, Proposal Tools, TRUX, Pricing Tools, etc.).
