Outside Sales Representative – Experienced

As the exclusive representative for Little Tikes Commercial, we partner with schools, cities, HOAs, and developers to create safe, inclusive, and inspiring play environments.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, managing complex projects, and promoting our premium product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including cities, school districts, landscape architects, and contractors
• Manage sales cycles from prospecting and quoting through project completion
• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in construction, playground equipment, or related industries
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read site plans and blueprints is a plus
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems a plus
• Willingness to travel regionally
