Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and outgoing commercial Door-to-Door Sales Consultant to join our team and promote our post-construction cleaning services to commercial clients. 100% Commission Based Pay. As a sales consultant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with general contractors in commercial facilities, introduce our cleaning services, and secure new clients. You’ll provide excellent customer service, highlight the benefits of MMI as a professional post-construction cleaning company, and generate leads through face-to-face interactions. Building rapport in a driven environment and handling objections are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales outreach to promote post-construction cleaning services for retail stores, financial institutions, restaurants, schools, offices, and small medical facilities.
  • Present cleaning services clearly and effectively to onsite customers.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor service solutions accordingly.
  • Create tailored estimates for each customer.
  • Confirm final cleaning schedules and follow up on leads for future opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, services, and schedules.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous door-to-door consultative sales experience.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Well spoken, well groomed, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable driving and walking door-to-door in malls and commercial facilities, holding a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a unique blend of sales, customer service, and administrative skills to tailor solutions for each client.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in door-to-door consulting or commercial services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to approach and engage clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in busy commercial sites.
  • Handles rejection well and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Experience in construction or cleaning industries is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with commission-only pay.

Pay

Commission Structure:

  • Base commission per sale: a percentage of each sale, typically between 10-15%, as outlined in your agreement.
  • Commission tiers: higher earnings possible by achieving sales targets:
  • Tier 1: 10% on up to 10-15 contracts/month.
  • Tier 2: 12% on 16–25 contracts/month.
  • Tier 3: 15% on over 25 contracts/month.

Additional incentives such as bonuses or prizes may be awarded for exceeding sales goals or securing high-value contracts. Annual reviews are conducted for potential growth opportunities.

Earnings Potential:

Since this role is commission-based, your income depends on your sales performance. Successful consultants can earn between $2,000 and $5,000+ per month. With effort and strong sales skills, earnings are unlimited.
