We are seeking a self-motivated and outgoing commercial Door-to-Door Sales Consultant to join our team and promote our post-construction cleaning services to commercial clients - 100% Commission Based Pay. As a sales consultant your primary responsibility will be to engage with general contractors in commercial facilities, introduce our cleaning services, and secure new clients. You’ll provide excellent customer service, provide the benefits of MMI as a professional post-construction cleaning company, and generate leads through face-to-face interactions. A strong ability to build rapport in a driven environment and handle objections is key to success in this Post-Construction cleaning sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative door-to-door sales outreach to promote post-construction cleaning services for retail stores, financial institutions, restaurants, schools, offices and small medical facilities
• Present post construction cleaning service clearly and effectively to onsite customers
• Identify customer needs and tailor service solutions
• Create Tailored Estimates for each customer.
• Confirm final cleaning schedules and follow up on leads for future cleaning opportunities
• Provide accurate information about pricing, service details, and cleaning schedules
• Follow up on leads for future cleaning opportunities
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and presentation at all times
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and goals
• Document all customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

• Previous door to door consultative sales experience
• Proven sales record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Knowledge
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
• Be well spoken, well groomed and professional
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable driving and walking door-to-door in malls and commercial facilities
  • Hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a unique blend of sales skills, customer service ability and administrative sales in order to tailor to each client.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably door-to-door consultant or commercial service-related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understand how to approach and engage with clients.
• This role requires self-motivation with the ability to work independently in the hustle and bustle of newly completed commercial sites.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in the construction or cleaning industry is a big plus but not required.
• Comfortable with Commission-Only Pay.

Pay

Commission Structure:

• Base Commission per Sale: You will receive a commission percentage of each sale, which will be outlined in your agreement (typically ranging between 10-15% per signed contract).
• Commission Tiers: Higher earnings are possible through achieving sales targets. For example:
  • Tier 1: 10% commission on all sales up to 10-15 contracts per month.
  • Tier 2: 12% commission on all sales between 16–25 contracts per month.
  • Tier 3: 15% commission on all sales over 25+ contracts per month.
• Additional Incentives: Bonuses or prizes may be awarded for exceeding monthly or quarterly sales goals, securing high-value contracts, or maintaining clients.
• Annual reviews for job growth opportunities.

Earnings Potential:

Since this role is commission-based, your income is directly tied to your sales performance. Successful consultants can earn anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000+ per month depending on their ability to close deals. With effort, persistence, and strong sales skills, the earning potential is unlimited.
