Job summary

Venture Home is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing team in the Northeast. You will build relationships with homeowners, present clean energy solutions, and close deals with the support of an appointment-setting team that schedules qualified meetings for you to meet with homeowners.

We focus on an educational sales approach, helping customers understand solar, financing, and how money is allocated to offset costs so it doesn't feel too good to be true.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales experience preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the role.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
