Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to build relationships with homeowners and close solar deals. You will meet with homeowners, present solar options, and guide them through the decision process with support from our appointment setting team.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions with an OTE of $100,000–$250,000, plus benefits and paid training. A reliable vehicle and license are required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Outside/in-home sales preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to educate on solar options and benefits.
• Close deals using the best combination of products and services.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you. Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry. We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true". A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
