Job summary

Bath Fitter San Diego is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to visit homeowners for in-home consultations, educate clients on our remodeling process, and present custom-fit proposals. You’ll build trust, close deals with a consultative approach, and manage a healthy sales pipeline while representing a trusted brand known for quality and a one-day remodel promise.

Earning potential is $100K–$250K+ in the first year with commission-based pay; in-home appointments, training, and leads are

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home sales experience (preferred).
• A strong communicator who can build lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by hitting targets
• Comfortable working independently and in people’s homes
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Located within the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with commission-based pay after training
