Renewal by Andersen in Central Indiana seeks an Outside Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for a full-time, commission-based role. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This position offers paid training, uncapped commissions, mentorship, and opportunities to compete for an annual Sales Trip for top performers, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily.
• Able to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one‑call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits
