Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated Design Consultants to join our Central Indiana territory. You will visit residential homes, present window and door replacement options, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, uncapped earnings ($100,000–$250,000+ annually), and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel up to 2 hours daily; a valid driver’s license and a proven sales background are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. of sample materials.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
