Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated Design Consultants for our Central Indiana Territory. In a full-time, commission-based role, you will visit homeowners, present window and door replacement options, and close sales on the first visit.

Training is provided, with opportunities for top performers to earn significant commissions. Applicants should have at least 2 years of sales success in premium markets, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License and comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window/door replacement solutions.
• Deliver a concise, same-day close sale; no project management or follow-up required.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
