Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for our Central Indiana territory. Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement solutions and help homeowners decide that day.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped earnings ($100,000 to $250,000+ annually), and benefits including insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close approach.

Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
