Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes in the Northern Indiana area. You will present replacement window and door options and drive same-day decisions in a commission-based, high-earnings environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.

• Perform a strong one-call close sales process with no ongoing project management.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.
