Renewal by Andersen in Central Indiana is seeking motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes, deliver informative sales presentations, and help homeowners make a same-day decision on window and door replacements.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, uncapped earnings potential ($100,000–$250,000+ annually), mentorship, and eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll represent a trusted brand and advance with world-class sales systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Experience with a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

Role Description While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually

Qualifications
