Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a proactive sales professional to generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators.

You will maintain and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional service, recommending tires and maintenance services, and developing compelling proposals. A strong focus on meeting monthly targets and using CRM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
• Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.
