Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business through prospecting and cold calling while nurturing existing accounts with exceptional service. You will recommend tires and maintenance services based on customer needs and vehicle usage, developing competitive quotes and contracts.

You will collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery, stay informed on industry trends, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets using CRM systems to

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Prior Sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
• Basic understanding of tire types and maintenance, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.

Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies (e.g., TPMS, retreading, fleet services).

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Requirements:
