Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Colorado Springs is seeking a dynamic automotive sales professional to generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle or allowance, 401(k) with company match, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within North America’s leading commercial tire dealer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred.
• Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
