Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize potential clients within target industries and market segments.
  2. Utilize various channels such as networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.
  3. Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations.
  5. Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and technology requirements.
  6. Tailor sales presentations and proposals to demonstrate how the MSP's services can address specific client needs and add value to their business.
  7. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  9. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools.
  10. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and first-time appointments.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT sector.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the North East area is highly advantageous.
  3. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage leads and sales activities.
  5. Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social platforms for lead generation.
  6. Commitment to daily outreach activities, including calls and emails to business owners.
  7. Familiarity with the MSP business model, including recurring revenue streams and service-level agreements (SLAs), is advantageous.
  8. Experience with consultative selling techniques, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
