Showcase Window and Door is a growing manufacturer of premium quality vinyl windows and doors in the Gulf Coast states. Since our inception, we have experienced continued growth. In July 2022, we moved to a new, larger facility in Greater Houston, increasing our fabrication capacity with more computerized equipment and robotics.

We are seeking an outside sales representative with knowledge of window and door products, confidence, accountability, trustworthiness, honesty, professionalism, persistence, listening skills, and a proven ability to develop and grow markets and maintain customer relationships.

Location: Remote position requiring daily travel within the Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin, TX territories. The ideal base location should be central to the territory.

Minimum Requirements

Sales representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying prospective clients, following up on leads, and suggesting marketing strategies for targeted markets.

Essential Functions:
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Attend industry trade shows for lead generation and relationship building
  • Follow industry trends for new sales opportunities
  • Recommend marketing strategies for specific regions or demographics
  • Generate and submit sales reports
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Qualify prospects and build a sales pipeline to meet targets
  • Guide prospects through the sales process with excellent consultative and customer service skills
  • Maintain updated sales and client databases
  • Attend training and team meetings to stay informed on industry developments
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales
  • Plan takeoffs
Physical and Travel Requirements:
  • Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Travel required, including 1-5 overnight stays per month
  • Four days of travel per week expected
Entry-Level Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field, or
  • At least five years of related experience
