Outside Sales Associate

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary with strong commission potential, full health benefits, 401(k) and pension plan, paid mileage, data plan, laptop provided, and opportunities for advancement.

Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 (annual)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1–4 years in sales
• Former athletes encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems)
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
• Willingness to participate in a year‑long training program
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills

Job Functions

• Partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to receive comprehensive, hands‑on training
• Responsible for navigating an assigned territory, building relationships, and meeting sales targets
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients in the high‑end building materials industry, focusing on commercial roofing
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed
