Tremco Roofing and WTI in Oklahoma City is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join a high-energy team focused on commercial roofing. You will receive hands-on training, with a paired mentor, and build a foundation for a long-term sales career.

This role offers base salary with strong commissions, full health benefits, 401(k), and growth opportunities. Travel within the territory is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Practical computer application literacy (MS Office and internal systems).
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Willing to participate in a year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and organized, goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pairing with an experienced Sales Representative for 18-24 months of hands-on training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) preferred.

• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18- 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training. The salary rangefor applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
