Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in account management or outside sales.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with mid-size accounts.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, and networking.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans with internal teams to drive sales.
• Attains assigned sales quota, margin, and expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues.
• Maintains current product knowledge and applies it in servicing customers.
• Attends company meetings and completes sales reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
