Responsibilities

• Creates and grows sales and meets/exceeds goals set by the company.
• Communicates client needs to the operations team.
• Generates leads and presents to clients on-site.
• Educates clients on value of skilled workforce and productivity.
• Maintains client relationships and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Registers new clients and handles invoicing cadence with early follow-ups.
• Attends meetings and completes sales activity reports weekly.
• Coordinates with general manager on plans and progress.
