Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We're a major manufacturer of CNC machines, used globally by specialized industries all over the world. Right now, we're looking for a strong Outside Sales Manager with a manufacturing background to help establish new accounts for us. Our sales territory is based in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Candidates should be motivated, self-directed professionals.

Job Duties:

• Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Follow company guidelines for sales reporting and documentation.
• Present company solutions to increase market share.
• Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports as required.
• Maintain up-to-date records in company software systems.
• Assess and address customer operational challenges relevant to current and future machine tool needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SYSPRO or similar ERP software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
