Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Lake Placid, NY, to make a meaningful impact daily. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enhance our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new clients.
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals with our electronic tools.
  • Educate merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership.
  • Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements.
  • Compensation is commission-based.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve goals.
