Job Description

Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Morristown, NJ, to make a tangible impact daily. Every conversation, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  2. Collaborating with colleagues across departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new clients.
  3. Managing your sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce.
  4. Preparing presentations and proposals with our electronic tools.
  5. Educating merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry.
  6. Maintaining regular communication with sales leadership.
  7. Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements.

Compensation is commission-based.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).

  • Proactive lead sourcing via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Self-motivated learner with strong goal orientation.
