Qualifications

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities with companies that fit our ideal customer profile. This role requires a dynamic individual who is both a hunter and a closer; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage every stage of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities Include

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process from outbound prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposal development, negotiation, to closing.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound efforts (cold calling, emailing, social selling) and qualify inbound leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s business challenges and demonstrate how our SaaS solution aligns with their goals and delivers ROI.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in HubSpot
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience when handing over to onboarding.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Feedback: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to help shape product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models (e.g., subscription, freemium, trials) and B2B buying process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Adaptability and ability to stay organized while managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience selling to compliance, legal, and HR buyers is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

About this contract

This contract is open to independent contractors in the US and Canada, and specific hours, scope of work, and compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We are a fast-paced, remote-first company, and operate primarily in Eastern and Pacific time zones.
