Job summary

Joe Taylor Restoration is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory, with regular travel to meet clients and develop referral partnerships.

You will build partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, and other referral sources, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and maintain CRM records and weekly activity reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
