Lone Star Tol and Fastener in Texas is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. You will service customers with onsite sales and maintain tools for new and existing customers within your territory.

The ideal candidate is bi-lingual, outgoing, and skilled in customer service and negotiation. Must be self-motivated with strong time management to meet sales targets and manage orders.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual is required.
• Must be able to move 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous outside sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, team player with a positive attitude.

• Travel to meet and service accounts and manage their orders.

We service directly on site in addition to a walk-in store front. New associates will be trained in house at the Georgetown location to familiarize them with customers, products and equipment. We will train in both in inventory and mechanical aspects of the job. Outside sales associate are provide an outfitted box truck, computers and phone to conduct business.
