Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative calling on the paint and hardware industry. This is an entry level position, salary is dependent on experience. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
