Pro Integrity Plumbing Corp is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our service area. You will handle inbound leads, prospect new clients, and close deals while delivering accurate estimates for plumbing projects.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Travel within the territory and Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous outside sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with persistence.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will receive inbound hot leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting estimates for various plumbing projects, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Monday Through Friday Schedule with some Saturdays. Mechanical background preferred, but not required. Must have sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications
