You will manage leads, run referrals, conduct roof and siding inspections, present detailed estimates, and coordinate with insurance adjusters, real-estate agents, and trade partners while representing a top-rated local business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside-sales experience in roofing or construction.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Able to climb and inspect roofs; strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Run company-generated leads and develop others via referrals and local marketing.
• Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage.
• Prepare detailed estimates and explain materials, warranties, and insurance options.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm scopes and approvals.
• Build client and referral relationships in Granite City.
• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local events and networking meetings.
• Collaborate with real-estate agents, insurance reps, and trades to grow referrals.
