Job summary

Sears Home Improvement seeks Outside Project Sales Consultants in Memphis. You will travel to customer appointments within your zip code area to present home improvement solutions, working from set appointments generated by the National Sales center.

This is a full-time role with 100% commission and benefits, offering strong earnings potential based on performance. Reps typically earn $50K–$80K, with top performers at $100K+, supported by paid training, pre-set appointments, and a path for

Qualifications

• Extensive local travel with a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Must be able to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
• Strong customer service, communication and influencing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Meet customers to present home improvement products and estimates.
• Engage customers via pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from the National Sales center.
• Work with leadership to drive sales in a commission-based structure.
