Job summary

Sears Home Improvement is hiring Outside Project Sales Consultants. The role covers in-home outside sales with territories up to about 2 hours from your home zip, full-time, 100% commission with benefits, and earnings typically between $50K-$80K and top performers over $100K.

You will receive pre-set appointments from a National Sales center, a laptop with design software, and paid training. Travel requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; no door-to-door sales.

Qualifications

• Local market travel with a personal vehicle requested.
• Requires valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Five-day work week including Saturdays; evenings/weekends may be required.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sell home improvement products through pre-set appointments.
• Visit local sales office once per week; other days go to scheduled appointments from home.
• Convert appointments into sales and meet revenue targets.
• Represent Sears Home Improvement with professionalism and customer focus.
