Job summary

Nextran Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Product Support Representative to grow Parts and Service sales and to coordinate between customers, manufacturers and the dealership for fast, effective problem resolution.

You will build new accounts, promote product lines, and serve as the primary contact for customer issues, using teamwork with the dealership and manufacturer resources to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Minimum of three years of automotive/heavy-duty parts counter sales experience, outside parts sales experience, or service technical support experience.
• Ability to develop and execute an account-based marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The Product Support Representative is responsible for both expanding Parts and Service sales and acting as a liaison between the customer, manufacturer and dealership in order to resolve problems and provide superior support for new and existing customers.
